This visa is intended for a foreign person married to an Indonesian citizen.
If you have an Indonesian spouse and you wish to stay in Indonesia, you can apply for a limited stay family ( KITAS ) this is valid for one year and is extendable.

Processing Procedure :
- Your documents will have to be sent to Jakarta for approval. If your application is approved you will receive a telex visa, this process can take up to 4 days before a decision is made and the visa is granted.
- Once the telex visa is issued you can then apply for the actual visa at an Indonesian embassy or consulate in a country nearest to you (if you are currently in Bali, we recommend Singapore as your closest and most efficient option).
- A fee is payable in the local currency for the visa application. The duration of stay and processing time depends on the embassy /consulate where the visa is requested.
- When you receive your visa, you must return to Indonesia straightaway and report to the immigration department within 7 days of your arrival ( we can take care of this process this for you).
The time frame for this is usually around 30 days after which, immigration will provide you with the following documents :
KITAS: Limited stay permit card.
STM: Certificate of police registration
